My Story
Masha’s motivation behind becoming a realtor springs from her childhood. She never had a room of her own while she was growing up as her parents couldn’t afford to buy a larger place. As she accomplished her heart’s desire of having a place of her own, she realized that she is very passionate about helping other people fulfill their dreams to find a home.
Masha’s love for people and willingness to understand their needs at a deeper level, her extensive market knowledge, expertise and comprehension of the local real estate processes make her dedication to ensuring her clients’ success unparalleled.
Masha is committed to maintaining current knowledge of the continuously changing Los Angeles marketplace representing investors, buyers and sellers from all over the world. Known for her professionalism, integrity, positive attitude and energy, she helps to empower her clients with in-depth insight so that they can make the best educated decision for themselves and their future.
In addition to being a realtor, Masha has a variety of other interests. An adventurous world-traveler from climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to exploring the Galápagos Islands, Masha has traveled to nearly 40 countries.
Having landed in the City of Angels in 2007 she adopted it as her home and made herself familiar with every little corner of this paradise, developing a particular passion for Old Hollywood. Her newest excitement is her Podcast “In the Mood for California – feel the soul of Old Hollywood” with weekly episodes about historic places and interviews with famous residents of various areas of Los Angeles. She also occasionally leads private VIP tours sharing her stories in person.
Buying a home can be extremely intimidating and unnerving. Nobody wants to fail. Ever. When you know your own motivation and the purpose behind your actions, it is easier to make sense of what you need to do at any given time.

This stress-relieving part of Masha’s work gives her a unique opportunity to hold space for her clients to find their ground, to feel safe and to trust themselves. Positive attitude creates miracles and she is a strong believer in that.
